Traffic restrictions in Brown and Winnebago counties

(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region is announcing US 41 lane restrictions for November 28 – December 2 in Brown and Winnebago counties. Traffic impacts in Brown County include ramp and lane closures between Main and Velp avenues. The newly-constructed County RK (south frontage road) running along WIS 29 from County J to Packerland Drive, opens to motorists by midnight November 23. Drivers in Winnebago County are reminded of reduced speed limits between WIS 26 and Breezewood Lane.

Winnebago County
WIS 26
 Monday, November 28 – Friday, December 2:
• Single lane closures on northbound and southbound US 41, between County Z and WIS 26, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for median work.

Breezewood Lane
Monday, November 28 – Friday, December 2:
• Various lane closures on northbound and southbound US 41, between County G and Snell Road, Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for pavement repair.

Brown County
Glory Road
Monday, November 28 - Wednesday, November 30:
• Various lanes of northbound and southbound US 41, between Oneida Street and Main Avenue, closed Monday through Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for work on the Glory Road overpass.

WIS 172
Monday, October 10 – Friday, December 16:
• Southbound US 41 on-ramp from eastbound WIS 172 closed continuously through Friday, December 16 for construction of the Dutchman’s Creek box culvert.

WIS 29
Monday, November 28 – Thursday, December 1:
• Various lanes of northbound and southbound US 41, between Velp Avenue and 9th Street, closed Monday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for shoulder work.
• Northbound US 41 on-ramp from Dousman Street closed Monday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. for shoulder work and to move equipment.

Monday, November 28 - Wednesday, November 30:
• Various lanes of eastbound and westbound WIS 29, between Packerland Drive and County FF, closed Monday through Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. for miscellaneous construction

All lane restrictions are weather dependent and subject to change.
