Traffic restrictions in Brown and Winnebago counties

(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region is announcing US 41 lane restrictions for November 21 – November 23 in Brown and Winnebago counties. Traffic impacts in Brown County include lane closures between Scheuring Road and Oneida Street. Three lanes of traffic are now open in each direction on the new US 41 lanes between WIS 21 and WIS 26 in Winnebago County. Drivers are still reminded of reduced speed limits between WIS 21 and Breezewood Lane. 

Winnebago County

WIS 26 – US 45
Monday, November 21:
• Single lane closures on northbound and southbound US 41, between County Z and WIS 21, Monday from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. for shoulder work.
Tuesday, November 22:
• Various lanes of northbound and southbound US 41, between County Z and Witzel Avenue, closed Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for work in the median.
Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22:
• Various lanes of northbound and southbound US 41, between County Z and Snell Road, closed Monday and Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. The closures are required to switch traffic.

Breezewood Lane
Tuesday, November 22:
• Single lane closures on southbound US 41, between WIS 114 and Breezewood Lane, Tuesday from 4 a.m. to 5 p.m. for signing work.

Brown County

Scheuring Road 
Monday, November 21:
• Various lane closures of northbound and southbound US 41 at Scheuring Road closed Monday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for box culvert work.

Glory Road
Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22:
• Various lanes of northbound and southbound US 41, between Oneida Street and Main Avenue, closed Monday and Tuesday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for work on the Glory Road overpass.

WIS 172
Monday, October 10 – Friday, December 16:
• Southbound US 41 on-ramp from eastbound WIS 172 closed continuously starting Monday through Friday, December 16 for construction of the Dutchman’s Creek box culvert.

WIS 29
Monday, November 21 – Wednesday, November 23:
• Various lanes of eastbound and westbound WIS 29, between Packerland Drive and County FF, closed Monday and Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and Wednesday from 6 a.m. to noon.

All lane restrictions are weather dependent and subject to change.
