(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region is announcing an additional night of demolition is planned for the Mason Street interchange at US 41 in Green Bay. The demolition project, previously scheduled for completion overnight Tuesday, Feb. 7, will now continue the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 9. 

Demolition of the Mason Street interchange at US 41 requires full-freeway closures while the work is underway. Northbound and southbound US 41 traffic will be detoured up the off-ramps of the Mason Street interchange and directed back to the freeway using the US 41 on-ramps from Mason Street.  US 41 will be reduced to one traffic lane in both directions, between Lombardi Avenue and WIS 29, during demolition.

All lane restrictions are weather dependent and subject to change.
