December 5 to December 9: The electrical contractor will be installing signal bases at both the northbound and the southbound US 41 on ramps at WIS 44 on Monday and Tuesday. There will be outside lane closures in both directions during the day. All other contract and punch list work will wrap up in the spring, prior to May 18, 2012.

Traffic impacts: The 9^th Avenue Interchange is 100% open to traffic. US 41 between WIS 21 and WIS 26 is open to three lanes of traffic in each direction. There may be various daytime lane closures to perform punch list items of work; however, US 41 will still have two lanes open to traffic remaining during these closures.
