9th Street underpass at US 41 in Green Bay closing for two days 
Daytime closures needed to place girders for northbound US 41 bridge
(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region Office in Green Bay is announcing the 9th Street underpass at US 41 is closing Tuesday, December 27 and Wednesday, December 28 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., to allow the placement of girders for the new northbound US 41 bridge over 9th Street. During the project, 9th Street from S. Taylor Street to just west of US 41, will close to through traffic. The bridge is being rebuilt to allow for the construction of additional traffic lanes on mainline US 41 in 2012.
