The southbound shoulders of US 41 are closed between US 45 and Witzel Avenue. Southbound US 41 is reduced to two 11-foot lanes between US 45 and WIS 21. WIS 21 is closed to through traffic between Westhaven Drive and Koeller Street. Access to local businesses is maintained via Rath Lane, Omro Road, and Westowne Avenue. The signed detour to WIS 21 from US 41 will use the WIS 44/WIS 91 interchange. The detour for WIS 21 will use WIS 49 in Auroraville to WIS 91 in Berlin, to WIS 44 to US 45 in Oshkosh.
